Here at Belle Femme Fitness, we’ve struggled with “diets” and “fitness regimes” just like you. We get that it’s harder than it looks to stick to your meal plans and work out the complicated exercise routines, whilst also juggling kids, work and all the stresses of life. What we do is termed “Wellness Coaching” in an official sense, but it’s really lifestyle change coaching.

We believe that reaching your health goals is more than just what you eat or how much you exercise. It’s all about why this is important to you. It’s about designing a strategy that is realistic and personalised to your lifestyle. It’s about connecting with other women who are (or have been) exactly where you are now, and being inspired by their success stories and encouraged to continue creating your own.

We’ve found a recipe for success that works.

And if you’re ready to finally achieve those goals you’ve been dreaming of for so long, we’re ready to give you the tools to make sure you get there.

So how does it work?

Change doesn’t happen overnight, and it may not even happen in 12 weeks. Habit change can take anywhere from 3 months to 18 months to take effect — everyone is different!!

The key thing is to have the tools to get you there. 

Depending on your goals and budget we work with you to help you establish a personalised strategy that’s going to actually going to work for you. We can also be there as your personal accountability coach to help keep you on track, be your go-to support team and your background cheer squad as you smash those ever-elusive goals!
