Bella HIIT uses the principles of high intensity interval training in each session. Sets are 20 seconds with a 10 second rest. The class is unique to the Bella femme Studio and combines the use of step aerobics, TRX and body weight exercises for a pure cardio workout!
As with all sessions at the Bella Femme Studio, the intensity of this class is easily variable so it is suitable for all fitness levels
