Our approach at Belle Femme Fitness is somewhat different to the standard stereotype for personal trainers. We teach you how to get exercise into your life without it being a chore. We work with you to understand your challenges, your goals and your needs so that you walk away with the knowledge to help empower you to make positive changes that work for you.
Trainers are qualified to provide exercise programming for pre and post natal, peri and post menopause, female strength training and appropriate programs for women who suffer incontinence and/or prolapse.
